Where do the sessions take place?

Ancestral Channelings take place in a healing room with comfortable seating as well as an energy healing bed. Feel free to dress comfortably as you feel is in alignment with you.

What may I expect during the session?

Each session begins with a ceremonial cleansing using sage or palo santo, with the optional offering of sacred mugwort to call your ancestors into the space. Together, we open a bridge between realms—welcoming both your soul ancestors from past lives and your Earth-connected ancestors who walk beside you in your current lineage.

How may it feel to connect with our ancestors?

It feels uplifting and grounding all at once. Through this connection, we allow our beings to complete energetic/karmic cycles that may have limited our ancestors and, in turn, influence us. By honoring and freeing these patterns, we open the path to living our unique, authentic truth.

What may I experience during an Ancestral Channeling session?

Your journey begins in ceremony—sage or palo santo clears the space, and you may choose the sacred offering of mugwort to call your ancestors closer. Together, we open a rainbow bridge between realms, welcoming your soul ancestors from luminous past lives and your Earth ancestors whose essence flows through your body and spirit.

• Knowings – sudden clarity about patterns in your life, revelations about your path, or a deep recognition of truth.

Sound healing may also flow through the space, harmonizing your frequency with theirs and awakening ancient memory.
